Business Development Manager - Onboarding/Acquiring - BFSI/NBFC - 5+ Years

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager with strong exposure to banking, financial services, lending institutions, and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs). The role requires 5-10 years of experience in hunting, acquiring, onboarding, and nurturing clients across banks, NBFCs, credit institutions, housing finance companies, microfinance institutions, and fintech lending firms, while driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in new client acquisition, key account management, stakeholder engagement, commercial negotiations, and solution-led selling within the broader financial services and lending ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing and growing strategic BFSI accounts across banks and NBFCs in South India.

2. Building and strengthening long-term client relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders.

3. Driving business development opportunities and increasing revenue share from key accounts.

4. Leading complex commercial and contractual negotiations to close high-value deals.

5. Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

6. Monitoring sales pipeline performance and ensuring achievement of monthly budgets.

7. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver relevant solutions aligned to client needs.

8. Promoting organizational thought leadership and strategic offerings to clients.

Requirements:

1. 5-10 years of experience in BFSI sales, relationship management, or key account management.

2. Strong exposure to banking and NBFC clients, preferably across South India.

3. Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and negotiate at CXO level.

4. Strong skills in sales strategy, pipeline management, and revenue growth.

5. MBA from a recognized institute is mandatory.
