Job Title: Business Development Manager US IT Staffing Services (New Client Acquisition Focus)
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (Remote)
Position Overview:
This is a hunter role focused on identifying, developing, and closing deals with new clients.
You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence within the US.
This is not an account management role.
We want professionals with 5-10 years of proven experience who can bring existing client relationships and deliver measurable business growth from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify and secure new Direct Clients, Tier 1 Vendors, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners.
- Drive lead generation, client outreach, presentations, and direct sales efforts.
- Establish service agreements and foster long-term client relationships.
US Staffing Expertise:
- Deep Expertise of US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
- Proven track record in successful consultant placements.
- Ability to build and lead a high-performing staffing sales team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of proven success in US IT Staffing & Recruitment.
- Strong existing client relationships with ability to generate immediate business.
- Demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, and account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.
