Business Development Manager
- The candidate will be primarily responsible for generating leads and business opportunities in India.
- She/he will be a key contributor to building a Business Development vertical of the Sales function at Organization.
- She/he will be closely working with the Sales Team to identify the best reach out practices for business development with regards to the Organization GTM strategy.
- Drive sales, aggressively expand the customer base and generate new revenue
- The candidate will actively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities in the Indian region through active networking, calling and sending personalized value-add emails
- Use a combination of outreach mechanisms to nurture leads (Call, Email, Marketing automation tools like outreach, Linkedin Inmails, etc. )
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Learn, leverage, and help evolve our demand generation process.
- Attending conferences and industry events
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets
- Contact potential prospects from personally-generated research to build a robust sales pipeline
- Develop and implement a scalable sales process from prospecting/demand generation through contract execution
- Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at Enterprise and Medium-size businesses
- Lead in-person client presentations to C-level executives, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and proposals
- Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific pain points and produce compelling business cases to meet their needs
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients in consultation with the commercial team
- Work with internal team members to ensure successful onboarding and implementation for new clients
- Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads.
- Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the fi eld to help shape future development
- Work closely with the team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives
Skills & Experience:
- 1to 3 years of experience in Media Buying sales with an emphasis on Advertising Agency sales, experience selling Ad agency offerings .
- The candidate should be good at cold calling and writing cold emails
- Basic knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem - platforms, ad formats, and business models, alongside proven credentials in selling innovative digital advertising products in global markets.
- Familiar with sourcing prospect contact information using tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, Sales Navigator etc.
- Proven track record of lead generation
- Ability to think of creative ways of prospecting to make outbound more personalized
- Relationship-building with prospects
- Experience with outbound sales including lead generation and outbound prospecting
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations & Knowledge of web presentation tools
- Assertive personality, persistent, and a great listener
- Desire to pursue a career in sales
