Business Development Manager We are hiring Business Development Managers for a leading European Supply Chain Optimization solutions company for their India operations. Responsibilities - - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads, developing sales strategies, and presenting company services to potential clients - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive account growth and increase customer retention - Collaborating with the internal team to ensure effective service delivery to clients and address any client concerns or issues - Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition - Participating in industry events and conferences to build networks, generate leads, and promote company services - Communicating regularly with management on sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights - Maintaining accurate sales records and providing regular sales forecasts to management - Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, as well as emerging technologies, such as SaaS products. Qualifications: - Bachelor's/PG degree in business administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field - 4 to 8 years of experience in sales of services to Logistics Service Providers/FMCG/Retail and E-commerce, with a good understanding of supply chain - Experience selling SaaS products is a plus. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel as required. - Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and other sales tools.
