Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and onboarding companions onto the Raasaa Lifestyle platform through exclusive membership plans. This is a high-performance, target-driven role that rewards ambition and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard potential companions from colleges, PGs, hostels, gyms, and salons.
- Explain membership plans and guide companions through the registration process.
- Achieve assigned onboarding and revenue targets.
- Build local partnerships for lead generation.
- Maintain onboarding documentation and coordinate verifications.
- Report to the City Head with daily and weekly performance updates.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years' experience in Sales / Business Development
- Excellent communication in Hindi, English, and regional language.
- Confident, self-driven, and field-active personality.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong local network and relationship-building skills.
