Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Lead Generation & Business Development Manager to join our leading Learning and Development firm in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation and a proven track record of converting leads into profitable business. This role is crucial for driving our growth strategy, building new client relationships, and creating a strong market presence through effective digital and physical engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Nurturing:


- Proactively generate new leads through various platforms, including cold calling and digital channels.


- You will be responsible for nurturing these leads, building a pipeline, and converting them into qualified prospects for our Learning and Development solutions.

Client Engagement:


- Meet with potential clients in both online and physical modes, collaborating with our consultants to deliver persuasive business pitches.


- Your ability to build rapport and understand client needs will be essential for success.

Business Development & Strategy:


- Drive the end-to-end business development process.


- This includes creating high-end marketing collaterals such as PPTs and compelling proposals.


- You will also be responsible for creating visibility on social media platforms to expand our reach and attract new business.

Database & Reporting Management:


- Manage and maintain client databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.


- You will use these databases to track your progress and inform future lead generation strategies.

Market Expertise:


- Apply your experience in concept or B2B selling within the HR domain to understand client pain points and provide tailored solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 3-4 years of professional experience in lead generation and business development within a B2B setup is mandatory.

- Core Skills: Proven experience with cold calling, managing client databases, writing proposals, and preparing marketing collaterals.

- Domain Knowledge: Experience with concept or B2B selling related to HR is highly preferred.

- Communication: Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.

- IT Skills: Hands-on experience using Microsoft Office and other digital platforms used for online trainings and virtual meetings.
