Role: Business Development Manager - IT Staffing.
Location: Pune.
Job Description:
- Target & Acquire: Identify potential enterprise clients in IT, open new business and expand existing accounts.
- Sales Strategy: Manage end-to-end sales cycle-lead generation, proposals, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
- Cross- functional Leadership: Collaborate with recruitment, delivery, and finance teams to ensure seamless staffing solutions.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on IT staffing trends, conduct competitor research, and tailor pitches accordingly.
- Performance Metrics: Maintain a healthy pipeline, forecast revenue, and report against monthly/quarterly targets.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-8 years in IT staffing business development or sales.
- Proven track record hitting sales or placement goals.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, ATS, Excel).
