Role Overview:

- You'll play a key role in scaling our platform by bringing in clients who need quality recruitment support and fast hiring solutions through our high-performing recruiter network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients.

- Target companies hiring in- Healthcare and IT sectors, especially in the U. and global markets.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Develop and execute strategic growth plans and outreach campaigns.

- Collaborate with onboarding, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure smooth client delivery.

- Conduct market and competitor research to spot opportunities.

- Negotiate terms, close contracts, and track performance.
