Job Title: Business Development Manager - IT Staffing
Location: Hyderabad (On-site / Hybrid)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new client acquisition for our IT Staffing division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating new business, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence within the IT services and staffing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients for IT staffing and consulting services (Contract, C2H, and Permanent staffing).
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers (HR Heads, Delivery Managers, Procurement, and VPs) in target organizations.
- Understand client requirements, workforce plans, and hiring trends to offer tailored staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment & Delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment of client needs.
- Negotiate contract terms, service agreements, and pricing in alignment with company policies.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track leads, and prepare weekly/monthly business reports.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / MBA in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 6+ years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales within the IT Staffing / Consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end staffing lifecycle, MSP/VMS models, and client engagement processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Existing client relationships or network within IT product/service companies will be a strong advantage.
