Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with prior experience in IT Staffing, Contract to Hire (C2H), and Permanent hiring services.
Key Responsibilities:
- New client acquisition particularly Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT companies.
- Develop relationships with hiring managers, HR, and procurement teams.
- Generate leads via LinkedIn, references, cold calling, and job portals.
- Pitch IT staffing services: C2H, Permanent, Project-based hiring.
- Negotiate commercials, finalize contracts, and manage delivery coordination.
- Regular follow-ups and relationship management with existing clients.
- Keep track of market trends and hiring demand in the IT domain.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment/staffing B2B sales.
- Proven success in acquiring clients in the IT services or staffing domain.
- Knowledge of the latest IT skills (Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering).
- Strong LinkedIn networking and business communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience dealing with Tier 1 & Tier 2 companies.
- Existing client base will be a strong advantage.
