Business Development Manager (7-12 yrs)


Business Development & Revenue Generation:

- Own and drive the annual revenue quota of $1,000,000 across IT Services and IT Staffing business lines.

- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new client opportunities across the US market through internet research, cold outreach, referrals, events, and channel partnerships.

- Target and engage companies, briefing prospective clients on Logiciel's capabilities, value proposition, and differentiated delivery model.

- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting including cold calling, personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.

- Generate qualified pipeline sufficient to exceed revenue targets and maintain a healthy 3x quota coverage ratio.

- Develop territory and account penetration strategies aligned with Logiciel's growth priorities.

Account Management & Client Success:

- Build and nurture deep, trusted relationships with key decision-makers including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, IT Directors, and Procurement Leaders.

- Manage a portfolio of active accounts, driving retention, expansion, and upsell/cross-sell of additional IT Services and Staffing solutions.

- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to align on project outcomes, satisfaction levels, and evolving technology needs.

- Coordinate internally with delivery, staffing, and solution teams to ensure seamless onboarding and execution for every client engagement.

- Handle post-sale follow-up, escalation management, and relationship continuity to maximize account lifetime value.

IT Staffing Sales:

- Sell IT staffing solutions including Dedicated Development Teams, contract-to-hire placements, and staff augmentation services tailored to client technology stacks.

- Understand US staffing market dynamics, hourly rate benchmarks, and compliance requirements (Corp-to-Corp, W2, 1099) to structure competitive proposals.

- Collaborate with the US Recruitment team to ensure candidate profiles are aligned with client technical requirements and cultural expectations.

- Build a pipeline of prospective companies actively hiring IT talent and position Logiciel as the preferred staffing partner.

Sales Operations & Pipeline Management:

- Build and maintain a structured database of prospects, leads, and active opportunities using CRM tools

- Set up and coordinate meetings, discovery calls, and product/capability presentations for senior stakeholders and the extended US Sales team.

- Track all sales activities, pipeline stages, and forecast accuracy; present weekly and monthly sales reports to leadership.

- Meet or exceed assigned KPIs including calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, proposals submitted, and revenue closed.

- Conduct competitive research and stay current on industry trends in AI, software outsourcing, and IT staffing to sharpen Logiciel's positioning.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with at least 2-3 years in IT services, technology consulting, or IT staffing sales targeting US-based clients.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding a $1M+ annual sales quota in an IT services or technology staffing environment.

- Hands-on experience with cold calling, outbound email campaigns, and account-based prospecting targeting US companies.

- Strong understanding of IT Services including software development, cloud, AI solutions, QA, and UX/UI design.

- Working knowledge of US IT staffing models - Corp-to-Corp (C2C), W2, and 1099 - and familiarity with US hiring compliance standards.

- Excellent internet research capabilities to identify and qualify prospective clients in the North American market.

- Demonstrated ability to engage C-suite and VP-level technology decision-makers with confidence and credibility.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales productivity tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Prior experience selling offshore or nearshore technology services to Fortune 500 or mid- market US companies.

- US Recruitment or talent placement experience for technology roles (software engineers, data engineers, cloud architects, etc.).

- Experience working with or selling AI-powered software development, Agentic AI, or cloud engineering services.

- Existing network of US technology decision-makers (CTOs, IT Directors, VPs of Engineering, Procurement Heads).
