Key Responsibilities:

- Identify New Business Opportunities as per Staffing Needs : Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and lead generation.

- Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, acting as the main point of contact for business development inquiries.

- Sales Strategy : Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding the current client base.

- Networking : Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and foster relationships with key industry players.

- Proposal Development : Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.

- Market Analysis : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.

- Performance Tracking : Set and monitor KPIs related to lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

- Reporting : Regularly report on business development activities, including pipeline progress, challenges, and successes.
