Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager with experience in closing deals for IT Services offerings internationally especially in North America. He/she will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition for IT MSP services across US, Canada, and other key markets
- Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting qualification pitching proposal closure
- Run cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo/Apollo, etc.
- Conduct effective discovery & consultative sales meetings
- Collaborating with internal tech leads to crafting client proposals and SLAs
- Maintain sales pipeline and activities in CRM (HubSpot/Zoho)
- Represent the Company in international discussions and client meetings (virtual + onsite)
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of international B2B sales experience in IT Services or Managed Services
- Proven track record of closing deals from India targeting North American or UK clients
- Strong understanding of MSP models, IT infrastructure, helpdesk, compliance, hybrid delivery
- Highly comfortable with cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and objection handling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
- Experience using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot
