Role Overview:
As a BDM - IT Service & Staffing Sales (US Market Experience), you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our presence in the US market. Your day-to-day will involve identifying and qualifying leads, developing and presenting tailored IT service and staffing solutions, negotiating contracts, and building strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
You will collaborate closely with our delivery teams, recruitment specialists, and leadership to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. This role directly impacts our revenue growth, market share, and reputation as a trusted IT solutions partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the US market for IT services and staffing solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets, focusing on new client acquisition.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Present compelling value propositions and tailored solutions to prospective clients, addressing their specific business needs and challenges.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including delivery, recruitment, and marketing, to develop and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Accurately forecast sales revenue and provide regular updates to management on progress against targets.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and acquire new logos in the US IT services and staffing market.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, consistently exceeding revenue targets and building strong client relationships.
- Deep understanding of the US staffing and IT services landscape, including market trends, competitive dynamics, and client needs.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex business challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree/PG in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Adaptable to working remotely and managing a geographically dispersed client base across North America.
