About the Role:
We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Manager with a proven track record in IT sales and hands-on expertise using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This role demands a strategic thinker who can identify, connect, and convert potential clients into long-term business relationships while driving consistent revenue growth. The ideal candidate will combine business acumen with digital prospecting skills to expand our IT services footprint across target markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across IT products and services.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools to research, identify, and engage potential clients effectively.
- Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through social selling, networking, cold outreach, and targeted campaigns.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle - from lead generation and needs analysis to proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to craft customized IT solutions and proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, CXOs, and procurement heads to establish long-term partnerships.
- Monitor industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify new growth avenues.
Account Management & Reporting
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and post-sales follow-up.
- Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and pipeline progress.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for leadership review.
- Represent the organization at networking events, client meetings, and technology conferences to strengthen brand presence.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 4-6 years of proven experience in IT sales or business development, preferably in B2B technology solutions or services.
