Job Overview:
- We are seeking for a dynamic individual to build and scale a high-performing sales team.
- The ideal candidate will own the entire sales/business development cycle from identifying high-quality prospects to closing deals while also shaping the strategies, systems, and talent required to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within prospective and existing client organizations.
- Mentor junior sales team members and support team growth.
- Present company products and solutions with clarity and value-focused messaging.
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho or similar
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align messaging, campaigns, and lead generation activities.
- Work with technical and delivery teams to prepare presales presentations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
- Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients through cold calling.
- Understand the requirement and client's needs and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
- Co-ordinating with members with-in the organization.
Key Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in business development, B2B or B2C sales (preferably in IT Sales).
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and prospecting methods.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships and close deals
