Key Responsibilities: - Acquire new clients in the IT recruitment and staffing space through proactive outreach and lead generation strategies - Develop a consistent pipeline of prospective clients via cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking - Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and providing customized staffing solutions - Drive end-to-end sales cycles including client meetings, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract closures - Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery of profiles and hiring requirements - Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities and positioning strategies - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems - Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and report progress to the leadership team Key Result Areas (KRA): - Number of new IT clients onboarded per quarter - Revenue generated from new and existing accounts - Timeliness and quality of client engagement and feedback - Client retention and satisfaction score - Lead conversion ratio from outreach to deal closure - Collaboration efficiency with the recruitment delivery team Required Skill Sets: - Proven experience in business development or client acquisition in the IT recruitment/staffing industry - Strong knowledge of IT roles, skills, and hiring trends in India and/or US markets - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities - Ability to handle multiple client accounts and work in a target-driven environment - Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn - Strategic thinker with a proactive and result-oriented mindset - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field If you're driven by targets, passionate about the IT staffing space, and thrive in a fast-paced business environment - we want to hear from you!
