Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers in selected geographies.
- Develop and execute effective outreach strategies through LinkedIn, email, and phone.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on messaging, goals, and pipeline strategy.
- Maintain accurate data and reporting within CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs for leads and appointments.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on business development best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven success in lead generation and outbound sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and lead-gen tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical, research, and negotiation abilities.
- Exposure to handling or guiding a small team is a plus.
