Job Title: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, qualify, and convert new leads and business opportunities.

- Align solutions with client requirements and drive deal closures.

- Build, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring regular and transparent communication.

- Analyze market trends, track competitor activities, and prepare detailed sales reports.

- Engage with both domestic and international clients to enhance business visibility and market reach.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the Inside Sales team to achieve performance targets.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns.

- Ensure CRM data accuracy and optimize the sales pipeline for efficiency and conversion.

Requirements:

Education: MBA (Mandatory) with a Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant field.

Experience: Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related role.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Highly motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.

- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Familiarity with modern sales techniques, tools, and digital platforms.
