- This person is responsible for identifying, procuring, and realizing new sources of profitable revenue throughout the region.

- This person will build, nurture, as sales pipeline with best practices in Sales and market development that will enable to achieve its goal of emerging as the leader in condition monitoring in the region.

- The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial awareness, love hunting for new business opportunities, have the ability to communicate with both technical managers as well as executives, and accept personal ownership of mutually agreed sales targets.

Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:

- Primary responsibility for Regional sales targets, Delivering to the Company's recurring revenue goals, Ensure every prospect/client interaction is redeeming and marked by memorable quality & integrity

- Get and stay up to speed on the offerings as well as the value proposition and competitive differentiation.

- Adopting best practices, including: HubSpot usage, lead and opportunity maintenance, reporting, Consistent pricing methodology and application of pricing, Interface and collaborate with global colleagues on multi-national opportunities, Understand various stakeholder involved in B2B/ Enterprise sales targets

- Maintain a consistent standard of excellence in all interactions with prospects, including: Product demonstrations, Proposal preparation and quotes, Timely responses and follow up

- Work closely with Marketing to ensure materials and tactics are well aligned with the prospect and market requirements

- Keep leadership and relationship managers apprised of competitor activity and market activities in all target markets

Other Responsibilities

- Work with colleagues with respect to client interaction, communication tactics and positioning strategies, where required and with your knowledge attained during pursuit

- Always demonstrate a leading example across the Organization of client care, empathy and a commitment to service excellence.

Experience & Skill Sets:

- Preferably from Mechanical/ Industrial Automation background

- Senior level - and successful - Sales experience with Enterprise, Cloud-based solutions

- Overall, 10 years' experience with minimum 4 years exp in Predictive Maintenance/ IoT/ IIoT Industry

- Has worked with end users and closed minimum sales target of 100+cr INR

- The person is responsible for owning entire GTM process for India region. Go To Market process as follows:

a) Creating MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) using demand generation engine with the help of Demand Generation team

b) Converting those MQLs into SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) using BDRs (Business Development Representatives)

c) Further qualifying those SQLs as potential opportunities with the help of Account Executives

d) Closure of these opportunities to purchase orders

e) Leading customer success and condition monitoring teams to further expand the accounts.

- Demonstrated success in B2B and Consultative sales

- Demonstrable ability to successfully prospect and develop productive relationships with decision-makers

- Ability to effectively present a variety of service solutions by directing a diverse range of company resources in a team-selling dynamic

- Demonstrated success with creating Sales strategies and campaigns to achieve business goals

- Aptitude for learning new technologies. Solid understanding of Cloud-based technologies and Enterprise applications. Previous experience with asset management, maintenance, reliability and Enterprise Cloud-based solutions are an asset

- Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills

- Superior problem-solving skills and abilities
