Business Development Manager - Investor Relations

Job Description:

Client Acquisition and Investor Relations is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for leading client growth and managing relationships with existing and prospective investors.

Strategy and Execution:

- Designing and executing client acquisition strategies.

- Identifying and targeting accredited investors.

- Developing tailored outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing the end-to-end sales and onboarding process.

- Coordinating with investment and operations teams.

- Maintaining a robust pipeline of accredited investors in relevant markets.

- Tracking performance of acquisition initiatives.

- Leading and mentoring the client-facing team.

- Representing the firm at meetings, conferences, and other investor touchpoints.
