Job Description:
- Identify and develop new international customers and distributors for Specialty Chemicals including VAM, BAM, Styrene, MMA, and Toluene
- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and price benchmarking in target regions such as Asia, Middle East, Europe, Africa, and the Americas
- Generate and convert international leads, driving consistent sales and revenue growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly international sales targets with a focus on both volume and profitability
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients across global markets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, agents, and distributors
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to international customers as required
- Coordinate with internal teams including logistics, supply chain, and documentation for seamless export operations
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, REACH guidelines, and destination country chemical import norms
- Monitor client credit limits, ensure timely payments, and manage associated risks
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor movements to inform strategy and pricing decisions
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and market intelligence to senior management
Candidate Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in international sales of specialty or bulk chemicals
- Proven track record of developing business in global markets with high-value clients
- Deep understanding of international chemical trade regulations, pricing, and logistics
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Master's degree in a related field
- Ability to travel internationally as needed
