Qualification: Graduate / MBA.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our client's team (Interior Design Firm) in Chennai.

The role involves driving client acquisition, presenting design proposals, and achieving strong sales conversions.

The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and has a passion for design and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage potential clients for interior design and fit-out services.

- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present tailored proposals.

- Collaborate with the design team to create effective sales presentations.

- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.

- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales in interior design, real estate, or related sectors.

- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Proven ability to convert leads into sales.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with client-facing roles.

- Candidates with strong persuasion and consultative selling skills are highly encouraged to apply.
