The Role:
Were hiring an Inside Sales Business Development Manager to drive B2B SaaS sales in Indias mid-to-large enterprise segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to VP/CXO-level decision-makers using both cold and warm approaches.
- Work with 40% provided leads and generate 60% yourself through targeted outreach.
- Run high-quality cold calls, tailored email campaigns, and secure product demos.
- Meet initial demo targets in your first 3 months, then achieve bi-monthly sales targets.
- Manage your pipeline in our custom-built internal CRM.
- Deeply understand our AI products to communicate value effectively.
What Were Looking For:
- 2+ years in Inside Sales (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Strong communication in English & Hindi.
- Graduate degree (BTech, BE, BSc Electronics, BCA preferred).
- Comfortable selling to VPs/CXOs in an inside sales model.
