Business Development Manager - Industrial/EPC Accounts

Business Development Manager:

Enterprise Revenue Ownership:

- Drive business development activities and revenue growth across assigned industrial and EPC accounts.

- Identify, pursue, and convert opportunities for machinery, industrial equipment, manufacturing solutions, and associated service offerings.

- Develop and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, OEMs, procurement teams, project stakeholders, and industrial clients.

- Manage the complete sales lifecycle including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, commercial discussions, negotiation, and closure.

- Work closely with engineering, procurement, quality, and project teams to align customer requirements and solution delivery.

- Build and execute account development strategies for existing and new customers.

- Understand project pipelines, procurement cycles, and market opportunities to proactively position solutions.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare business forecasts, sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence inputs.

- Represent the organization during client meetings, industry events, and commercial discussions.

An Ideal candidate:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Development and Sales.

- Understanding of project supply chain management, specifically inspection and expediting services will be a major advantage.

- Proven sales track record and a can-do attitude.

- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage complex projects, work independently and handle multiple tasks.

- Should be target driven and able to work in a fast paced environment with deadlines.
