Business Development Manager HR Services



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager HR Services to lead client acquisition and growth initiatives across our HR and talent management solutions portfolio.

This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored workforce solutions including staffing, payroll management, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and HR technology platforms.

As a strategic contributor, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, strengthening market presence, and driving revenue growth in the competitive HR services landscape.


Key Responsibilities:



- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise clients for HR services (staffing, RPO, payroll, HR consulting, etc.

- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, lead generation, and referrals.

- Develop customized proposals and solutions in alignment with client business needs and HR challenges.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and new service areas.

- Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation, initial engagement, client meetings, proposal preparation, to contract negotiation and closure.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (recruitment teams, operations, delivery managers, compliance, etc.) to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and client acquisition targets.

- Build long-term relationships with clients through regular check-ins, feedback loops, and account expansion efforts.

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.



Required Skills and Qualifications:



- Experience: 48 years in business development, B2B sales, or client relationship management in HR services, staffing, RPO, or workforce solutions.

- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Sales Acumen: Proven track record in achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, and closing high-value deals.

- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of HR processes, staffing solutions, employment laws, and payroll systems.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot to manage sales pipelines and reporting.

- Networking: Strong business network and ability to develop trusted client relationships with senior HR and procurement professionals.

- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with changing priorities.



Nice to Have:



- Experience in selling HR tech platforms (e.g, ATS, HRMS, employee engagement tools).

- Exposure to international markets or multi-geography business development.

- Familiarity with compliance-related services, onboarding automation, or remote workforce management solutions
