Role Summary

This senior leadership position is tailored for an experienced professional with a strong background in luxury serviced apartments, 5-star hotels, or business centres. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing operations, driving service excellence, enhancing guest experiences, and ensuring profitability within a high-end hospitality environment. This role requires an expert understanding of luxury hospitality standards and business centre operations to elevate service offerings while managing teams and vendor relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage daily operations across luxury serviced apartments or business centre facilities ensuring seamless service delivery aligned with 5-star hospitality standards.

- Drive initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction through impeccable service quality, attention to detail, and personalized experiences.

- Oversee financial management, budgeting, and cost control to achieve profitability targets without compromising service excellence.

- Develop and implement operational policies, service protocols, and standard operating procedures tailored to luxury hospitality environments.

- Build and mentor high-performing teams emphasizing customer-centricity, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

- Manage vendor partnerships and contracts ensuring quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer relations teams to maximize occupancy, revenue, and brand presence.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards governing luxury hospitality and business centre operations.

- Utilize data analytics and guest feedback to drive service enhancements and operational innovations.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury serviced apartments, 5-star hotels, or business centre management.

- Proven expertise in luxury customer service, operations management, and team leadership.

- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and handle high-end clientele.

- Familiarity with luxury hospitality software systems and operational best practices.

- Must be currently located in Delhi or Gurgaon to ensure seamless integration with site operations and stakeholders.
