About the Role:

We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive premium client acquisition, close high-value deals, and forge long-term partnerships. Ideal candidates will bring sales experience from hospitality, aviation, banquet, or other premium service industries, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete business development cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

- Conduct client meetings, site tours, and presentations to showcase offerings.

- Prepare proposals and lead commercial negotiations with senior decision-makers.

- Build strong networks with hotels, property agents, and business associations to unlock new opportunities.

- Identify and pursue new revenue streams to drive business growth.

- Consistently achieve and exceed sales and business development targets.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of proven success in business development or sales, preferably in hospitality, aviation, or banquet sales.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- A goal-driven, consultative approach with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
