- Achieve revenue targets and provide regular pipeline forecasts.
Requirements:
- 3-20 years of experience in staffing business development, preferably in MSP & GCC environments.
- Proven track record in new client acquisition and global account growth.
- Strong knowledge of contingent workforce solutions, compliance, and VMS platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
