We're Hiring: Business Development Manager - Eastern Europe

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth and market development across the Eastern European region.

Experience: 15 - 18 years

Education: PGDM / MMS / MBA

Location: India initially, followed by international posting in the region.

Key Requirements:

- Strong techno-commercial expertise with a deep understanding of bullion and diamond-studded jewellery.

- Strong ability to understand products, customer needs and market dynamics across the region.

- Proven track record of business development and market expansion.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills.

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and manage key business relationships.

- Experience in handling senior-level responsibilities and working with C-suite stakeholders.

- Willingness to relocate internationally after completing the initial training period in India.

Ideal Candidate:

A senior business development professional with strong jewellery industry knowledge, international market exposure and a proven track record in driving revenue, building relationships and developing new markets.
