Business Development Manager - Gears/Motors

WHAT (the role involves):

- Influence large industrial customers (mining, metals, heavy manufacturing, F&B plants) to adopt our company's motion / power-transmission solutions as their preferred standard

- Expand the same customer across multiple plants globally by coordinating with regional sales teams

- Capture customer problems and translate them into product positioning, value proposition and future product requirements

WHICH (Skills/Tools are needed):

- Business Development

- Strategic Selling

WHO (is an ideal candidate):

- MBA + BTech/BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial engineering.

- Knowledge of industrial products and industries required.

- Minimum 12-16 years of experience in industrial manufacturing industry.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development.

- Experience in global business development is a plus.

- Willingness to travel an estimated 40%.

- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, marketing and global stakeholders.
