Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads, structure deals, and drive revenue growth for GCC clients.

- Provide strategic advisory and influencing skills to clients and internal teams.

- Make and guide key team decisions related to business development and client engagement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver solutions that span multiple teams.

- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to align efforts with client objectives.

- Mentor junior professionals, enhancing their skills in account management, client handling, and business development.

- Analyze client needs and design tailored solutions to meet business objectives.

- Contribute to strategic planning and execution to expand service offerings and drive business growth.

- Ensure profitable delivery of services while maintaining strong client satisfaction.


Professional & Technical Skills


Must-Have Skills:


- Strong account management experience, particularly in GCC markets.


- Proven ability to generate leads, structure deals, and close business opportunities.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions.

- Experience in project management methodologies to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.

- Strong mentorship and team leadership skills.


Secondary/Preferred Skills:


- Experience in working with cross-functional teams to implement client solutions.

- Familiarity with business development tools and CRM platforms.

- Knowledge of industry trends relevant to GCC clients.


Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
