We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong B2B product selling experience in the Retail or FMCG ecosystem, preferably with exposure to Beverage vending machines, beverage equipment, or allied solutions. The role will focus on driving placement, sales, and lifecycle management of coffee machines across malls, airports, corporate offices, commercial spaces, and institutional clients.
The ideal candidate will combine hunter mindset, strong channel and enterprise selling skills, and hands-on experience in solution selling involving equipment + consumables + service/maintenance models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales and business development for coffee vending machines and related solutions across malls, airports, corporate offices, IT parks, and large institutions
- Identify, engage, and onboard enterprise customers, facility managers, property owners, airport authorities, mall operators, and corporate procurement teams
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, commercial negotiations, closures, and account handover
- Build and manage strategic relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and channel partners
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product placement, expansion, and revenue growth
- Work closely with operations and service teams to ensure smooth installation, uptime, and maintenance of machines
- Drive consumables-led recurring revenue and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Track market trends, competitor activity (e.g., CCD, Nescafe, similar vending solutions), and customer insights
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, MIS, and reports for management review
