We are hiring a Business Development Manager for our Professional Division (FMCG) to manage the entire Tamil Nadu region. Candidates with salon industry experience will be given strong preference, but we are also open to profiles from General Trade who have handled personal care products and possess a good understanding of the salon division.

A minimum of 4 years of experience is required, and those with current or prior experience in the Professional Division will be highly preferred. Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
