Job Summary:

- SBS Global is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager with proven experience in Client Relationship Management within the FinTech or Finance & Accounting domain.

- This role is responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing strategic accounts, and expanding revenue through long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, engage, and acquire new clients in FinTech and Finance & Accounting services.

- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

- Prepare proposals, pricing models, and commercial agreements.

- Upsell and cross-sell Finance & Accounting services or FinTech solutions.

- Handle client escalations and collaborate with internal teams.

- Track market trends and maintain accurate CRM data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4-6 years of experience in Business Development or Client Relationship Management.

- Mandatory experience in FinTech or Finance & Accounting.

- Strong understanding of F&A; processes (AP, AR, GL, R2R, P2P, O2C) or FinTech offerings.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with senior finance stakeholders (Controllers, CFOs, Finance Heads).
