Business Development Manager Enterprise (Luxury & Premium Fashion)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a sophisticated and high-performing Business Development Manager to spearhead our partnerships with the worlds leading Fashion and Luxury brands. This is a strategic "Hunter" role where you will be responsible for building relationships with iconic Indian fashion houses and prestigious international labels entering or expanding in the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Brand Partnerships: Identify and initiate contact with C-suite executives and Marketing Heads of Top-tier Fashion & Luxury brands (India & International).
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique nuances of luxury branding and propose solutions that align with their premium positioning and heritage.
- Deal Structuring: Lead the end-to-end sales cyclefrom cold outreach and high-end presentations to negotiating multi-year enterprise contracts.
- Market Expansion: Act as a consultant for international luxury brands looking to scale their presence in the Indian ecosystem through our platform/services.
- Relationship Management: Build a "trusted advisor" status with brand owners and retail heads to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Event & Networking: Represent the company at elite industry events, fashion weeks, and luxury summits to build a high-value pipeline.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in Enterprise Sales or BD, specifically dealing with Luxury, Premium Retail, or High-end Lifestyle brands.
- Network: An existing Rolodex or familiarity with decision-makers in the Indian and Global fashion industry is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional command over English (written & verbal). You must be able to hold conversations with global brand heads with poise and confidence.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of the luxury market trends, consumer behavior, and the "premiumness" factor.
- Education: MBA from a premier institute (IIMs/ISB) or a specialized degree in Luxury Brand Management is a big plus.
- Personality: Polished, persistent, and highly articulate.
