Looking for a Business Development Manager for a ecommerce startup  Salary : 6 - 10 LPA  Job Profile :  Creating Supplier Network :   - Finding the target service providers from online/offline mode and creating/maintaining a database for the same.  - Explaining business model and overall concept to new service providers and convincing them to list their services on our portal.  - To promote usage of the online portal by selling to Business owners- small/medium/large businesses to enlist their businesses and deals.  - Market surveys and research using online/offline to propose and come-up with innovative marketing/Sales strategies  - To grow usage of the portal among end-users through marketing and sales activities  - Opportunity to work in the initial phase of an internet start-up  Desired Candidate's Profile :  - Excellent Communication, Negotiation & convincing skills.  - Fluency in spoken English & good written English is expected; fluent Hindi is a plus.  - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)  - Self driven, responsible person needing minimal supervision  - Dynamic & hardworking individuals interested in a career in business development  - Create and implement strategies to source leads via various online/offline channel (online marketing, conduct events etc.)  - Should be aware of market research techniques and technology  - Candidates who have the urge to meet new people, interact and impress them with Technology products need to apply
