Roles and responsibilities :- - Develop, implement and oversee marketing and communications campaigns and strategies, monitor their success and ensure that it is consistent with the organisation brand. - Work with the team to ensure requests are completed accurately and in accordance with standard practices / guidelines and defined service level agreements. - Prioritization and coordination of all global marketing work intake requests for digital and Art requests. - Tracking the effectiveness of various campaigns and course corrections as required. - Provide status updates/reports for corporate marketing leadership. - Keep informed about the latest developments in corporate marketing, and communicate information with the organization marketing team. - Identify the need/ demand and drive the internal branding campaigns for organization - thus ensure brand visibility and a positive brand perception. - Demonstrate a clear understanding of organization business model, divisions, products and services, operations and tools. - Execute all communication requirements for internal branding. - Provide visionary leadership to cross-functional teams including sales, CRM, PR, and digital, effectively communicating brand value and drive business growth. - Manage social media organic marketing monitoring social media trends to reach and engage with potential customers, to brand awareness and credibility. - Develop comprehensive communication strategies and map brand positioning into cohesive customer narratives. Mandatory Ask :-16+ year's overall & 13+ years' experience in marketing or related field, with a concentration in digital marketing , internal communication and creative management. - Graduate, MBA or equivalent preferred. - Experience with a variety of online tools, inclusive of content management systems, CRM (Salesforce), web analytics, graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud); - Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills. - Successful track record managing people and processes.
