Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales of Salesforce professional services and solutions, including implementation, customization, and support.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in SMB segments and through channel sales.
- Engage in consultative selling to understand clients business needs and recommend appropriate Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, including proactive outreach, lead qualification, and conversion.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, delivery) to develop tailored proposals and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and identify emerging trends.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in Salesforce solution or consulting sales.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce products, ecosystem, and implementation lifecycle.
- Experience in selling Salesforce projects and post-implementation support services.
- Strong network and experience in the SMB market segment and channel sales model.
- Excellent consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align Salesforce solutions with client needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; Salesforce certifications are a plus.
