Role Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with corporate networks and a passion for premium gifting solutions.
Your focus: pitching, negotiating, and closing deals to design chocolate gifting strategies tailored for HR awards, festive moments, and client appreciation.
What You'll Do:
- Close B2B deals by leveraging your existing corporate connects (HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing).
- Offer and negotiate customised chocolate-gift programmes for employee rewards and festive gifting.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles: from lead gen and proposals to negotiations and conversions.
- Represent the brand at expos, corporate gatherings, and relevant media/marketing events.
- Coordinate with internal fulfilment and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery and client delight.
You're a Great Fit If You:
- Have 4 to 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, especially in consumer goods or HORECA verticals.
- Bring a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- You're a confident communicator, skilled presenter, negotiator, and proposal writer.
- Maintain strong relationships at key corporate levels and are skilled in initiating high-level conversations.
