Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the corporate gifting segment.
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients including enterprises, institutions, and organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across targeted industries.
- Understand clients gifting needs, preferences, and budgets to offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including product and marketing to optimize offerings and client proposals.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, pitches, and proposals that clearly communicate our value proposition.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to secure profitable deals and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
- Provide regular updates including sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the corporate gifting or similar industry.
- Deep understanding of the corporate gifting landscape and client behavior.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and participate in events as required.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
