Job Title: Sales / Business Development Manager AOR, Corporate & Mall Accounts (BTL Solutions / Visual Merchandising).

Experience: 8 to 10+ Years.

Location: Andheri, Mumbai.

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO).

Job Brief:

One of our esteemed clients is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth by building and nurturing relationships with Agencies of Record (AORs), Corporates, and Mall Management teams.

In this high-impact role, you will influence key decision-makers who control major brand activations, visual merchandising, retail space dcor, and event execution projects.

If you have strong agency and corporate networks, an eye for design-led branding, and the ability to convert creative ideas into impactful business wins this is your chance to work on large-scale, high-value projects for Indias leading brands.

Key Responsibilities:

AOR Engagement & Growth:

- Identify, connect with, and onboard key AOR partners.

- Craft customised pitches to position our company as a preferred execution partner.

- Build deep, trusted relationships with agency account managers and decision-makers.

- Collaborate closely with agency teams to integrate our services into their brand execution plans.

Corporate & Mall Accounts Development:

- Reach out to corporate decision-makers, mall management, and retail developers.

- Present design-led branding, visual merchandising, and space dcor solutions to secure new projects.

- Work closely with architects, interior designers, visual merchandisers, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.

Client & Project Management:

- Tailor solutions to match each client or agencys unique working style and requirements.

- Share insights and market feedback with internal strategy and innovation teams.

- Ensure compliance with company policies on pricing, contracts, and operations.

- Maintain accurate records of meetings, pitches, and project updates in CRM.

- Provide regular reports on performance against sales and growth targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 8 to 10+ years in business development, corporate sales, or account management.

- Proven track record in branding, signage, activations, visual merchandising, architecture, or retail design.

- Strong connections with top AORs, corporate marketing heads, and mall management teams.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred.

Skills & Attributes:

- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.

- Ability to visualise and present creative space and brand activation concepts.

- Confident in engaging with CXOs, marketing teams, and creative professionals.

- Strategic thinker with a flair for turning ideas into actionable proposals.

- Proficiency in CRM tools for tracking and reporting.

- Familiarity with mall branding and leasing strategies is a plus.
