Relevant Experience:


- Minimum 5 years in Business Development, preferably in the Service Industry

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams aligned with company goals

- Drive end-to-end business development cycles-from prospecting to closing deals

- Lead and mentor a team of BD executives; set goals, track performance, and build team capability

- Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches with strong written articulation

- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to support BD efforts

- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and client interactions

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

- Regularly report progress, pipelines, and performance metrics to senior management.

- Minimum 5 years of proven track record in business development, preferably in service-led sectors (consulting, education, NGOs, IT services, etc.)

- Strong leadership experience with the ability to guide, coach, and manage a team

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Confident negotiator with a consultative selling approach

- Comfortable with domestic travel as and when required

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and quick to adapt in dynamic environments

Location: Okhla Phase III, New Delhi (On-site)

Note: Role involves outstation travel as and when required
