Position : Business Development Manager - Cloud Sales Education : Engg/ MBA Experience : 7-9 years Location : Gurgaon Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : 1. We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented individual with excellent written and spoken English proficiency. - A hunter and hustler personality with experience in SME & Enterprise Segment. - Strong enterprise sales background in solutions / SaaS space ideally with knowledge of BI / analytics / Big data / AI/Azure /AWS. - Interaction with senior management levels at a client, involving negotiating or influencing sales strategy. - Develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and/or existing clients, and effectively engage with the clients at all levels, to maintain their continued support for AWS. - Ability to create territory specific sales strategy aligned to the company's GTM (Go-to-market) plans and executing the same. - Track record of successful sales in APAC region with deep understanding of one or more of the following markets: India, APAC, SEA. - Working with Client Account Leads and Industry Leads to understand the context to develop compelling value propositions to take to client. - Coordinate internal approvals and sales team resources; manage solution/proposition, develop client interactions and relevant client demonstrations, etc. Bring together Company & AWS specialists as required to compliment the overall solution. - Support efforts and/or gain client agreement for press releases, use of references, etc. - Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas. - Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills - Experience in a value-based enterprise sales methodology (Solution Selling, Customer Centric Selling, etc.). Preferred : - Prior work experience in a Sales position working with solutions that include cloud, business analytics, Data & AI will be a plus - Cloud Certifications are a plus. - The candidate should have experience in doing sales for IT companies of 1000 - 5000 people, and should have a good network with start-ups and enterprises. 2. This is an Individual Contributor and work from office/ field work roles. No WFH. Candidates will work in normal shift hours ( Mon-Fri ).
