Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented B2B Sales Manager (BDM) to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and generating leads from companies with active hiring needs.


The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English, a background in recruitment consultancy, and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients with ongoing or upcoming recruitment needs

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations

- Understand client hiring requirements and offer tailored recruitment solutions

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets


- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful client delivery

- Maintain a database of leads, opportunities, and client communications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry

- Proven experience working with or in a recruitment consultancy

- Strong client sourcing and lead generation capabilities

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously

- Bachelors or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

- Existing network of HR professionals and hiring managers

- Prior experience meeting aggressive sales targets in a consulting or services environment
