Business Development Manager / B2B Sales Manager - Executive Search Firm
Description:
- Help creating strategies and identifying opportunities for the partnership and program to drive growth of Company search business
- Develop partner strategy and evaluate potential partners who can help further Company's efforts to develop the world's largest and most efficient talent hiring
- Manage deal execution, drive implementation of integration(s) and manage partner relationships once deal is signed
- Source and negotiate key partner relationships that support business objectives
Basic Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of B2B business development, partnership management or business strategy role
- Experience negotiating agreements, interpreting legal documents and working with legal teams to complete agreements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to think both strategically and creatively to solve complex business issues
- Comfortable working in entrepreneurial environment with a growth mindset
- Experience of collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners
- CX level collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Acts like an owner, takes responsibility for one's actions and for outcomes related to one's decisions
- English speaking reading and writing
- Experience in mobile, online media, social network, HR tech, talent, e-learning, employee engagement or related industries
- Experience of growing user memberships through partnerships and other initiatives
- Experience of enterprise channel sales management
- Network, engage and assess Technology circle including technology leaders from mid to senior levels, Co-founders and various CXOs.
- Identify top talent and build a network in the Consumer Technology Sector
- Manage candidate assessment, screening and maintaining a robust pipeline and recall of top talent for various searches.
- Execute senior level mandates and give directions and drive execution of mandates within the team.
- Keeping clients updated on the industry (Leadership movements, best practices, M&As, new product launches, new businesses, company restructuring)
- Develop healthy pipeline of clients and delivering consistent inflow of mandates from the Consumer Technology sector.
