This role is ideal for a Sales Leader with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in managing and scaling BDR teams. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing our outbound sales motion to generate qualified leads and build pipeline. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the outbound business development strategy for the US / North American market to generate qualified leads and build sales pipeline. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), setting clear goals and driving performance. - Implement and optimize outbound sales processes, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting. - Analyze sales data, track key metrics (e.g, conversion rates, pipeline value), and use insights to refine strategies and improve team performance. - Ensure effective utilization of CRM and other sales tools by the BDR team for tracking activities, managing leads, and reporting. - Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on target accounts, messaging, and lead qualification criteria. - Conduct regular coaching and training sessions for the BDR team to enhance their skills and effectiveness. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices in B2B SaaS sales for the US/North American market. - Report on team performance, pipeline health, and market feedback to senior leadership. Must-Haves: - 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development, with a strong focus on the US market. - 2+ years of experience leading and managing Business Development Representative (BDR) teams. - Demonstrated strong outbound sales skills across various channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn). - Data-driven approach to sales, comfortable with analyzing sales metrics and leveraging CRM for insights. - Proven ability to fix sales process bottlenecks and improve team efficiency. - Comfortable working during US business hours to effectively engage with the target market.
