About the Role:
We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
This is a pure hunting role, ideal for professionals who enjoy end-to-end sales ownershipfrom prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and positioning our SaaS solutions as a business enabler.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, outreach, and client meetings
- Manage the complete sales cycle research, pitching, proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Conduct client discovery calls to understand business needs and position relevant solutions
- Create and deliver impactful sales pitches and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to close complex deals
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking through CRM tools
- Consistently achieve sales targets and revenue goals
Must-Have Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (subscription/platform selling)
- Strong experience in hunting / new logo acquisition
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end sales cycle independently
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience engaging with mid to senior-level stakeholders
- Strong experience in pipeline building, forecasting, and CRM usage
- Tamil language proficiency (Mandatory)
Preferred:
- Experience in Rewards / Loyalty / Incentives / HR Tech domain
- Strong consultative selling approach with ability to understand client needs
- High ownership mindset with proactive and result-driven attitude
Exclusions:
- Candidates from prepaid card / POS sales backgrounds
- Profiles with only EdTech experience (without relevant SaaS exposure)
