Description:

About the Role:

- We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (B2B) to drive sales across corporate gifting, loyalty programs, gift cards, vouchers, and rewards solutions.

- The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise sales experience, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build long-term B2B partnerships with corporates, agencies, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

- Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients for gifting, rewards, and loyalty solutions.

- Drive end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, pitching, solution presentation, negotiation, and closure.

- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across enterprise accounts.

- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and expand market share.

Client Relationship Management

- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (HR, Admin, Marketing, Procurement, CXOs).

- Understand client needs and propose customised gifting/loyalty solutions.

- Act as the primary point of contact for large accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Solution Development & Collaboration

- Work closely with internal teams to create tailored proposals, pricing solutions, and program frameworks.

- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless solutions.

- Provide market feedback and insights to enhance offerings.

Market Research & Strategy

- Track industry trends in corporate gifting, loyalty, reward platforms, gift cards and prepaid solutions.

- Identify new business opportunities, partnership models, and growth segments.

- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and corporate meets.

Key Requirements:

- 5-12 years of experience in B2B sales within corporate gifting, loyalty programs, vouchers, fintech, HR solutions, or rewards platforms.

- Proven track record of handling enterprise accounts and achieving sales targets.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.

- Existing corporate relationships in HR/Admin/Procurement will be an added advantage.

- Self-driven, ambitious, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
