We are looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our footprint across the BFSI sector. Roles and Responsibilities - Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, market research, and professional networking - Schedule and lead meetings with key decision-makers at prospective client organisations - Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including follow-ups and negotiation - Build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders in banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions align with client needs and expectations - Deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demos, and proposals - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry movements to inform sales strategy - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM tools - Regularly report on sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics Skills and Qualifications Required - Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred - 5-6 years of proven experience in business development or B2B sales, ideally in fintech, banking, or NBFCs - Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly - Well-connected within the BFSI industry, with strong networking abilities - Tech-savvy with knowledge of fintech products, digital banking solutions, or financial software - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently - Resilient and persistent, with the ability to navigate long sales cycles
